Apply ForPre-Investment Visa (C12) To Enter Indonesia
Pre-Investment Visa (C12) valid for 180 days start from arrival date and possible to extend 1 time for another 180 days until maximum stay of 360 days.
With Single Entry Pre-Investment Visa you can:
- Conducting activities related to start a business, including field surveys and/or feasibility studies.
- Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
With Single Entry Pre-Investment Visa you can’t:
- Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
- You are prohibited from receiving rewards or wages from individuals or companies in Indonesia.
Document Requirement:
- Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months).
- Proof of having living expenses worth USD 5000 or equivalent.
- Information/invitations/correspondence from government agency or private institution explaining the relationship with applicants.
- A recent color photograph
- Address in Bali
Visa Validity:
- This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within a maximum of 90 days from the date of issue
