When we sponsor your visa, whether it is a social or business visa, we need you to accept the following statement of intention while in Indonesia:
- The Client declares that they will not engage in any political, propaganda, or intelligence seeking activities while using the visa.
- The Client declares that they will not be involved in drug trafficking or drug use while using this visa.
- The Client declares that they will not be involved in any other criminal activities while using this visa.
- The Client declares that they will not work for an Indonesian company or individual while using this visa.
- The Client declares that they will not receive income or direct payment of any kind in the country of Indonesia.
- The Client agrees to comply with the protocols of the Republic of Indonesia in order to combat COVID 19.
It is important to note that you need to be incredibly careful not to undertake any activities that could be perceived as working. This applies to what you are seen doing while in Indonesia, as well as what you post online and to social media. Even if, for example, you do a post promoting a local’s business, someone could see it and think you are being paid, and get you investigated by immigration.
If you have any questions about your visa and what you can and cannot do, please email us on info@visaagencybali.com.
